Help PIEPR shape their strategy and achieve their goals

PIE

Project summary

Help Psychologically Informed Environments Promotion and Research (PIEPR) shape their strategy to promote and research effective solutions to homelessness, social exclusion, and complex needs.

PIEPR need support structuring and prioritising ideas into a cohesive strategy that will help them establish credibility with funders and potential partners, and to scale up rapidly.

Project description

PIEPR is a newly created CIC, dedicated to developing the ideas and practice of Psychologically Informed Environments (PIEs)– an approach now endorsed in principle in homelessness services by all four UK governments.

Having already proved PIEs as an effective solution for addressing homelessness, PIEPR need a strategy to support them in their ambitions to reach further afield.

Their immediate objectives include establishing credibility with funders, managing growth, and in the longer term, supporting ongoing development, research, and promotion efforts in ‘frontline’ services, as members of a community of practice. While bursting with ideas and enthusiasm, PIEPR is currently run by volunteers, and now needs to create a properly funded team to grow.

They need assistance in structuring their ambitions, plans, and options into a cohesive strategy, and to prioritise business focus areas. This project will require engagement with multiple stakeholders to test ideas for revenue opportunities, identify potential partners and manage the risks in rapid growth.

Your contribution would help shape the future of PIEs and have a tangible impact on the lives of vulnerable individuals.

How will this project benefit the organisation?

Securing funding through a combination of investment and project work will allow PIEPR to reach and support many more organisations, to create environments that work to nurture social well-being.

Helping to put this fledgling organisation ‘on the map’, will allow the potential of the PIE approach to be better realised.
