Full Conference Tickets

What does this include? 

• Full ticket to the OR65 conference to view as many streams as you wish. 
• Access to all three plenary speaker presentations as well as opportunity for Q/A. 
• Lunch and Refreshments provided throughout the conference. 
• Delegate bag with several exclusive conference gifts.
• A drinks reception hosted by University of Bath Management School and more special events to be announced.
• Choice of a social trip on the Tuesday evening or attending an exclusive WORAN event.
• Networking opportunities with a range of sponsors and exhibitors both before and during the conference.
• Access to the Events app to mix with delegates in advance of the conference, and many other features.

However, we understand that plans can change, and we would be happy to add you to our waiting list should there be any cancellations.

If you would like to be considered for a spot on the waiting list, please send an email to [email protected]. Availability will be based on a first-come, first-served basis and will only be open to those who have purchased a full conference ticket and will be priced at £80 + VAT.

One Day Tickets

What does this include?

• Access to social trips or receptions that are taking place on the day you are attending the conference. 
• Access to the Events app to mix with delegates in advance of the conference, and many other features. 
• Networking opportunities with a range of sponsors and exhibitors both before and during the conference.

20% VAT will be added to your conference ticket upon registration. 

Accommodation Costs

Accommodation is available on campus at the University of Bath and is within a 10-minute walk of the conference location. You'll have either a single or double bed (122cm x 183cm) bedroom, en-suite shower, toilet and sink as well as a desk/chair. There is also mood lighting in your bedroom and the use of a communal social space. 

Tea and coffee is available in the communal kitchen, towels and soap are also provided in your room. Please note, shampoo and shower gel are not provided due to the University of Bath's sustainability goals. 

Dinner is included if you are staying on campus on the Tuesday evening. If you would like to add dinner on the Monday evening, the cost is £17.50 + VAT.
