Pro Bono OR: Applying Soft OR for a Cancer Charity

In this webinar, Matt Pike will share his experience undertaking a Pro Bono OR project. By using soft OR methods for the first time alongside his day-to-day work in DLUHC, he helped a local cancer charity (Coping With Cancer North East) improve the way they measure the impact of their services. Advice will be provided for anyone interested in rich pictures, stakeholder mapping, workshop facilitation and to those interested in taking part in future Pro Bono OR projects.
