OR Society Terms and Conditions for Training and Events.

The OR Society will send, normally by email, acknowledgement of receipt of any prepaid order.

1. If a booking is cancelled more than one month before the start of the event or training course any fees paid will be refunded, though an administration charge of £25 will be taken.
2. If a booking is cancelled less than one month before the start of the training course or event, the fee is nonrefundable.
3. If your order is placed less than 7 days before the start of the training course or event, your order will be actioned immediately, and your fee will nonrefundable.
4. If The OR Society cancel a training course then the delegate can choose to move their booking a different course date, or receive a full refund.
5. All Invoices need to be paid in full before the event/course.

** Please note – If minimum numbers are not met for a training course we may change it to be held online or cancel it.**
** Do not book travel or accommodation for a training course until it is confirmed to be going ahead, usually around 3-4 weeks before the course. **
